The Great Blechini is a Grouch magician who appears on Sesame Street. According to Oscar, he is known as the "greatest magician in grouchdom."
Sporting a tattered turban and robe, Blechini performs his feats for a small group in flashbacks told by Oscar in Episode 2730. With the wave of his wand and his magic words ("A la sour grapes!") he conjures up a very cranky rabbit who refuses to cooperate, reads Telly's mind as he (Telly) carries a 1,000 lb. barbell, and makes trash appear out of nowhere.
He later makes an appearance in Episode 2801 where he attempts to rid Mike and Bob of a giant-sized toothbrush and tube of toothpaste that were gifted to them by Preston Rabbit. True to his Grouch nature, the tube and brush do disappear... but the toothpaste inside the tube remains, creating a big mess.
