The Great Con-Junction is a recurring fan convention held as a celebration of The Dark Crystal which includes panels, presentations, displays, cosplay, merchandise, vendors, artists, workshops, and appearances by the cast, crew and creatives behind the worlds of The Dark Crystal.
2020 convention[]
The first convention was held on February 8th 2020, in Elstree Studios, UK. Guests included: Steve Whitmire, Melissa Whitmire, Neil Sterenberg, Beccy Henderson, David Barclay, Tim Clarke, Victor Yerrid, Richard Slaughter, Lisa Maxwell, Nick Kellington, Brian Froud, Wendy Froud, Kiran Shah, Louise Gold, Mike Edmonds, Mike Quinn, Simon Williamson, Tim Rose, Hugh Spight, Toby Philpott, Stephen Garlick, John Coppinger, Michael Kilgarriff, Valerie Charlton and the character Hup.
2022 convention[]
A second convention was held from November 12-13, 2022 (in conjunction with the original film's 40th anniversary) at the Hilton Universal City and Henson Studio lot in Los Angeles, CA.
