"Hey, Mr. Limpet!"
The Incredible Mr. Limpet is a 1964 live-action/animated feature focusing on a timid bookkeeper, whose passion and hobby is studying fish. During World War II, after he falls from a Coney Island pier, he turns into a fish (done via animation) and aids the war effort by locating U-boats.
The animated sequences used staff from Warner Bros. Looney Tunes shorts.
