Rowlf the Dog has the flu.
Jimmy Dean tries to remedy his symptoms in different ways, including a medicinal throat spray. He pumps the spray so much that it inflates Rowlf until his belly button blows out! This would become a running gag on the show. Eventually, Rowlf produces an alarm clock that rings seconds later, indicating that his 24-hour virus has just left. The two sing "Happy Days Are Here Again."
