Theseus.and.the.Minotaur

In Greek mythology, the Labyrinth was an elaborate structure constructed for King Minos of Crete and designed by the legendary artificer Daedalus to hold the Minotaur, a creature that was half man and half bull and which was eventually killed by the Athenian hero Theseus. Daedalus had constructed the Labyrinth so cunningly that he himself could barely escape it after he built it. Theseus was aided by Ariadne, who provided him with a fateful thread to find his way back again.

Aside from being a central part in the stories of "Theseus and the Minotaur" and "Daedalus and Icarus," the frame sequences of each episode of The StoryTeller: Greek Myths featured The Storyteller and his dog trapped in the structure and exploring the labyrinth.
