PERFORMER Knebworth House

The Mallory Gallery is a fortified art museum in The Great Muppet Caper. Described as a "virtually impregnable fortress," the gallery houses the Fabulous Baseball Diamond, donated by Lady Holiday following a rash of jewel thefts. The gallery appears to be located in or around London and is surrounded by high fences. The skylight is protected by an electrical charge. Henderson, his fellow security guards, and a pack of trained German Shepherds provide additional security.

These measures fail to prevent either Nicky Holiday and his gang or Kermit the Frog and friends from gaining entrance, however. The main display hall, housing the Baseball Diamond, becomes the setting for a final showdown, as a baseball game is re-enacted within the confines. Stained glass windows overlook the room, providing convenient entrance for motorcycle-riding pigs.

Artworks on display at the Mallory Gallery include Giovanni Battista Torriglia's The See-Saw.

Forty-two years later, the Mallory Gallery hosted Zoot's gallery of Polaroids in an art show called "Photovérité" in The Muppets Mayhem episode "We Will Rock You."
