The Man in the Sleeveless Undershirt appears in the "Elmo the Musical" segment, "Detective the Musical."
He is the first victim of the crime wave initiated by The Cube. Detective Elmo follows his call to his destitute apartment, where he explains that he ordered a pizza in hunger, but upon biting it, he began a sneezing fit. Elmo spies pepper on his pizza and is told that a boxy-fellow had delivered it, leading Elmo on the case.
