The Marriage of Figaro is a comic opera composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1786, and is one of Mozart's most successful works and one of the most often performed operas worldwide. The opera is a continuation of The Barber of Seville, several years later.
- In a 1977 episode of Sesame Street, Judy Collins and Mr. Snuffleupagus sing of twenty-six consonants and vowels while dancing a minuet in the "Marriage of Snuffalo."
- The music underscores Baby Scooter's introduction to Skeeter's waterfall stunt in the Muppet Babies episode "Sing a Song of Superheroes".
- Later in the same episode, the music underscores a sequence in which the water is being drained from all the different ongoing fantasies imagined by the babies.
