The McGuire Sisters were a singing trio and popular recording artists, consisting of the real life sisters Chris, Phyllis, and Dottie. They guest starred on the October 10, 1963 broadcast of The Jimmy Dean Show, interacting with Rowlf the Dog by singing portions of "Consider Yourself" to him. On the November 28, 1963 broadcast, they joined the entire cast (including Rowlf) in singing "Home for the Holidays."
The trio were originally discovered on Arthur Godrey's Talent Scouts in 1952 and became regulars on his radio and TV series. The group's recordings include "Sincerely," "Something's Gotta Give," and "May You Always."
