The Minstrels are a group of wandering musicians on Fraggle Rock. Led by Cantus the Minstrel, they were introduced in "The Minstrels."
Though Cantus made several solo visits, the minstrels returned as a group in "Mokey and the Minstrels" and "The Honk of Honks." The members and instruments include Cantus (magic pipe), Murray (guitar), Brool (stringed instrument), Brio (cymbals), and Balsam (bongo drums).
Cantus and Brio are Fraggles; it is unknown what species Murray, Brool, and Balsam are.
In Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, a similar group branded as The Troubadours appears. They are portrayed with counterpart members as a 1970s funk band rather than the Minstrels' more folksy appearance.
