The Muppets Take Manhattan is a 1984 storybook adaptation of the film The Muppets Take Manhattan.
This book includes promotional still photographs and scenes not in the released version of the film:
- Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker meeting the exhausted Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem in Monongahela, and helping them out with the use of their gas-powered drumometer.
- Statler and Waldorf heckling Kermit the Frog when he has amnesia.
- Gonzo telling Kermit that the minister is played by an actual clergyman, not an actor.
The last two scenes were also in the comic book adaptation.
