TheMuppets-WorldPremiere-ElCapitan-(2011-11-12)-06 — The Muppets are driven down the green carpet (Note that Kermit's arm sock is exposed).

The world premiere of The Muppets was held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on November 12, 2011.

Several of the Muppets - Animal, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Rowlf the Dog, Statler and Waldorf, Sweetums, and Walter - were in attendance, along with actors Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, Rashida Jones, Rico Rodriguez, Neil Patrick Harris, Bill Cobbs, Mickey Rooney, Eddie Pepitone, James Carville and Kristen Schaal; director James Bobin; choreographer Michael Rooney; writer Nick Stoller; producers David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman; Lisa Henson; and musicians Bret McKenzie, Christophe Beck and Feist.

Apart from the film's cast and crew, celebrities like Jennifer Morrison, Bella Thorne, Nancy Grace, Cat Cora, Joel McHale, Alyson Hannigan, Alexis Denisof, David Burtka, Anthony Hopkins, Lisa Rinna, Oscar Nuñez, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Stana Katic, Cristián de la Fuente, Sid Krofft, Jason Lee, Izabella Miko, Brian Posehn, Eugenio Derbez, Busy Phillips, Kym Johnson, Raini Rodriguez, Roshon Fegan, OK Go, Teri Polo, Laura Marano, Vanessa Marano and multiple Disney executives (including CEO Bob Iger) also walked the ~~red~~ green carpet.
