The Noble Ostrich is an animated segment on Sesame Street, directed by Bruce Cayard, in which a narrator talks about ostriches. The narrarator discusses how the ostriches take turns in sitting on eggs, what ostriches prefer to eat (which includes grapes, mice—one of which resembles Mickey Mouse—and lizards), and describes how fast they are. There is also a comparrision between the osctrich and other big birds, including an animated Big Bird. If you look below the title card, it says that it was originally made in 1976 but exactly which episode it made its debut is unknown at this point.
