The Queen of Nacho Picchu appears in the "Elmo the Musical" segment, "Guacamole the Musical."
She meets Chef Explorer Elmo and explains that she has a large tortilla chip, but wishes to liven up the taste and asks him to find a suitable dip for it. Otherwise, she will unleash the royal skunk on him. Elmo returns with some guacamole, which she adores and everyone does a Guacamole dance in celebration.
The Queen's country is named after Machu Picchu, the ancient city of the Incas in Peru.
