Phil, Lil, and Bill, known as The Rhymingtons, are a trio of hepcats who love to make rhymes. They appear in Episode 2850 of Sesame Street.
The three drop by the street to participate in Savion's charitable collection of old shoes. Due to their rhyming nature, the Rhymingtons bring him pairs of cold shoes (in an ice block), gold shoes, and holed shoes. Their habit of rhyming additionally leads them to call Savion "Dan" (as it rhymed with the other things they were saying).
The three are performed by Kevin Clash (Phil), Camille Bonora (Lil), and Richard Hunt (Bill).
