"The Riddle" is a Sesame Street song sung in voiceover by Alaina Reed, which asks the question, "Who am I?"
The singer provides clues to the riddle over footage of nature shot all over the Earth, and out into the reaches of space. She explains that she is the rivers, the seas, the planets, the cardinal directions, and the seasons of the year. After adding that she's also "the children; every boy and girl," she reveals, "I am the world."
