The Royal Kazoo is a Gorgic instrument that is played by Gorgs to see if they have greatness in them. If a Gorg fails to produce music through the kazoo, he will be banished for 100 years in the swamp. The kazoo serves as a catalyst in "Junior Faces the Music."
Junior Gorg becomes the only Gorg in several generations to actually attempt to play it, as Pa Gorg and his fathers before him were all too afraid of the negative consequences if they failed.
