"The Telephone Opera" is sung by Placido Flamingo and the Nestropolitan Opera Chorus, to the tune of "Funiculì, Funiculà." Phil Harmonic introduced it as "The Telephone of Brazil."

• Performers in the chorus include Camille Bonora, Kevin Clash, Martin P. Robinson, and David Rudman, with Ivy Austin providing additional vocals. Bryant Young serves as Placido's right hand for the song.
