The Tranoid elders are a trio of elderly gentlemen from Tranoy featured in the Henson series Brats of the Lost Nebula episode "The Runaways." They wear sunglasses and large robe-like cocoons.
Hextar Vigar negotiates with them, as the Shock wish to obliterate their world, and he uses the elders to get Ryle's mom to bait Ryle and the other Brats into returning to Tranoy.
Dan Clark described the characters to Brian Henson stating: "I suspect the cocoon actually grows around them as they get old. Like their toenails start getting really long and these things form around them. No one knows how old these guys are because they're older than anyone else on the planet and they refuse to give away their age because they're very vain."[1]
