The Weirdos are a band of puppets made by Jim Henson's Creature Shop who have appeared with the band Coldplay, typically performing the song "Biutyful." The band has appeared with Coldplay in concert, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and starred in the group's music video for "Biutyful."
The band consists of lead singer Angel Moon (voiced by Coldplay's Chris Martin and puppeteered by Nicolette Santino), guitarist Sparkman (Tyler Bunch), drummer Donk (Drew Massey), and keyboardist The Wizard (Artie Esposito). While Angel Moon is an original puppet, the other band members are recycled from previous productions (Sparkman from Late Night Buffet with Augie and Del, The Wizard from CityKids, and Donk from Puppet Up!). They have also been accompanied by their manager Bruce Cakemix (another repurposed Puppet Up! character).
