Thig is a green, full-bodied Muppet monster from The Great Santa Claus Switch.
In the television special, he was always seen with his partner in crime, Thog. They're similarly sized (although Thig is slightly smaller), but Thig's larger nose allows him to move it from side to side.
The Thig costume doubled as a guard monster in the same special, with different eyes, horns and a beak.
While Thog moved on to a featured role in The Muppets Valentine Show and later became a supporting player on The Muppet Show, Thig didn't make the transition and was never seen again.
