"This For That" is a Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock song from the episode of the same name.
Pryce introduces Mokey to the concept of bartering, explaining how she can trade her bountiful supply of strawberries for other kinds of produce, objects, or anything else desired. The cave creatures help in providing back-up vocals and visual aides.

- Among the foods mentioned in possible trades are bonkleberries, a reference to the fictitious fruit that Wembley was highly allergic to in the episode "Sidebottom Blues," and the Mush Melon, mentioned in "Sprocket's Big Adventure," both from the original series.
- Director Jordan Canning performs the puppet used as Little Rago during the song's final shot.[1]
