"This Is My J" is a Sesame Street song by Biff about the letter "J," backed up by Sully and other construction workers. He sings about how he will always keep his letter "J" and will never leave it behind (while naturally saying J words throughout the song). Despite his message, when it's time for their lunch break at the end of the song, he abandons his "J" and it falls to the ground, damaged in the process, much to Sully's dismay.
