That's exactly why my last edit said "oops." I did the same thing, before recognizing it was the file name, not a caption. (Misspelled or not, we can't change file names without renaming, or else they break).
I see you uploaded a duplicate. Please don't do that in the future. It's not really necessary for file names. Instead, ask an admin and we'll rename it and *then* change the text.
EDIT: Which is what I went and did. I deleted the smaller duplicate. If you see a misspelling of a name in a file name which leads to a video or picture, don't change it. It really isn't an issue (only editors can see it anyway, it just confused both of us because of the spacing that made it seem like a caption), but if you want to notify myself or another admin, we'll take care of it.
I was just trying to see if I could get the picture back, but couldn't. Reverting the edit was a mistake and didn't mean to do it along with uploading that duplicate. If I just went and fixed the spelling without getting rid of the picture, this would not have happened.
