"Thumbelina" is a song originally performed by Danny Kaye in the film Hans Christen Andersen, based on Andersen's story of the same name.
Bob performs the song in Episode 0015 of Sesame Street, dressing his thumb up like Thumbelina. He would sing it again in Episode 0164.
The song was also included in the 1982 album Big Bird presents Hans Christian Andersen, as performed by the John McCarthy Singers and The Children's Choir of St. Clement Danes School.
