Tia Mowry (b. 1978) is an actor who rose to fame by portraying Tia Landry on Sister, Sister, where she starred alongside her twin sister, Tamera Mowry. She is the older sister of actor Tahj Mowry.
In 2021, Mowry appeared with Cookie Monster in an advertisement for Lactaid. She later attended Camp Romper in 2022, dancing with a Cookie Monster walk-around in another ad for Lactaid.[1]
With her sister, Mowry starred in the Disney Channel film Twitches and its sequel Twitches Too, and in the reality series Tia & Tamera. Her other television credits include The Game (with Pooch Hall), Bratz, and the Nickelodeon series Instant Mom, as well as guest spots on Full House, Love, Inc., Rosewood, Man with a Plan, and American Dad!.
