Toby Jones is an English actor who played "Prado Museum Guard #2" in Muppets Most Wanted, opposite Mackenzie Crook (his co-star from the TV comedy Detectorists).
He also provided the voice of The Librarian in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.
Jones was the voice of Dobby the house elf in the Harry Potter movies, while other credits include The Mist, Oliver Stone's W., Frost/Nixon, Captain America: The First Avenger, Christopher Robin (as the voice of Owl), The Hunger Games, Doctor Who, HBO's The Girl (as Alfred Hitchcock), and Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom.
