Toccata is the resident big bird character on 1, Rue Sésame, the first French co-production of Sesame Street.
Toccata is a large white bird with brown eyebrows, with the looks of a seagull or an albatross. He is a little naive, but always ready to help people. Toccata plays the banjo, and he is fond of seeds. Mordicus is his best friend, despite the Grouch frequently taking advantage of Toccata's naiveté.
