"Together Forever" is sung by Elmo about his blanket in the 1999 movie The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. Initially just sung in Elmo's bedroom, Elmo eventually gets his blanket wet and has to take it to the laundromat, where Big Bird, Prairie Dawn, Baby Bear, Bob, Luis, Gordon, Gina, Count von Count, and others join Elmo.
It was reprised at the end of the movie by Elmo, Zoe, Oscar, Telly Monster, Cookie Monster, Rosita, Maria, and the rest of the gang.
The song was also performed by Elmo, Zoe, Grover and Oscar the Grouch in the CD-ROM adaptation of the film.
In earlier drafts of the script, a similar, but different song was used, titled "We Can Do Anything Together," written by Mark Saltzman.[1][2]
