Tom Dunsmuir (1938-2019[1]) was a writer who worked on Sesame Street. His other credits include several children's books and work on the TV series The Electric Company (and scripting the tie-in comic Spidey Super Stories.
Dunsmuir was a creative consultant and writer on the talk show spoof Fernwood 2Night and scripted episodes of Three's Company, The Love Boat, and Good Times. He continued to write for children's television, including Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Puzzle Place, and The Crayon Box.
