Tommy is one of the Anything Muppet kids who sing "Just Around the Corner" on Sesame Street.
Tommy carries some books across the city and runs into his friends Billy, Susie, and Maurice, who guess where he's been to from the verse he sings. Tommy was just at a place where he checked out some books; cookbooks, specifically, as he wished to make a dish. His friends conclude that he went to the library.
