
DiGirolamo's credit in Episode 1320
Tony DiGirolamo (1941–2016) served as lighting director on Sesame Street for seasons 9, 10, and 11, as well as Christmas Eve on Sesame Street. DiGirolamo and fellow Sesame lighting director David M. Clark were jointly nominated for an Emmy Award for their work on Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, while DiGirolamo was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy for his work on the show in 1980. Like Clark and other Sesame lighting directors, DiGirolamo was part of Imero Fiorentino Associates, Inc. during his time on the program.
DiGirolamo also served as lighting designer for the CTW series Square One TV. In his career, DiGirolamo earned one Emmy win and five nominations (including his two Sesame nods, and one for Square One TV).
