Tony Fennell (b. 1963) is a British guitarist, singer, and composer. He wrote the music for Bear in the Big Blue House songs including "Dancing the Day Away" and "Otter Love."
Fennell performed in bands including Big Noise, Ultravox, and Enuff Z'nuff. He wrote music for other children's shows including Gullah Gullah Island, Out of the Box, and Little Bill.
