Antony "Tony" Peters (d. 2009) was a cartoonist best known for his work for Rankin/Bass in the 1960s, designing the characters and storyboarding for their TV series The New Adventures of Pinocchio and Tales of the Wizard of Oz and the special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (1964). He conceived the premise for the feature film Willy McBean and His Magic Machine (1965), in addition to performing his usual chores.

In 1963, he set up a company called Instant Miracles with his wife Adrian. The company would later produce three segments for Sesame Street's ninth season.

In addition to his work for R/B and the Childrens' Television Workshop, Peters also worked for the Paramount cartoon studios, contributing stories for four cartoons released between 1964 and 1966.
