"Track 4: The Times They Are A-Changin'" is the fourth episode of the Disney+ series The Muppets Mayhem.
Plot[]
Moog wants to help record Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem's album, but Nora wants a more professional producer to do it. The Mayhem reunite with Cheech & Chong in the basement of the Shack, then perform variations of "Rockin' Robin" with different musical collaborators.

- The episode title comes from the Bob Dylan song of the same name.
- In the cold open, The Electric Mayhem drive by a Pizza Twins restaurant.
- When Nora suggests the band changes their style, they briefly wear their polka outfits from The Muppets Take Manhattan.
- While watching Nora and Moog argue, Zoot comments, "This is a narrative of very heavy duty proportions," a quote originally said by Dr. Teeth in The Muppet Movie.
- Nora puts on videos of the Mayhem's performances at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, and Christmas in Rockefeller Center. She is also seen watching clips from episode 315, 413, and 317 of The Muppet Show.
