"Tutter the Great" is a song from the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "Boys Will Be Boys". Tutter is feeling disheartened that he can't reach the heroic levels of greatness he aspires to achieve, so Bear sings this to help Tutter see that he already is great, just by being himself.
