"Twist and Shout" is a rock song originally recorded by the Top Notes. The song was popularly covered by the Isley Brothers and subsequently by The Beatles and The Who, among others.
Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem performed the song live as a part of the opening of the 2016 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, as members of the Prospect High School Marching band from Mt. Prospect, Illinois danced around them.
