Twitch is Bean Bunny's sister in the 1986 special The Tale of the Bunny Picnic. Her white fur is clear evidence that she takes most of her appearance from her mother. Although both she and Lugsy find Bean rather annoying, she is a bit more tolerant of him, and not as rude as Lugsy.
