The horns-down head of the Two-Headed Monster is trying to read a book when he's sharply interrupted by a hiccup from his other half.
He tries several methods to cure his brother including patting him on the back and offering him a drink of water ("glub-glub-glub"), all while trying to get back to reading his book in peace. When the hiccups get more severe, it's suggested the afflicted head hold his breath while the other (slowly) counts to 10.
Having found a solution, horns-down listens to the other's chest, and they declare himself cured. Just as horns-down has returned to his book, he breaks out in his own case of the hiccups.
