Each half of the Two-Headed Monster sleeps one at a time, while the awake half shows the viewer that he has prepared a cake for the other half. Once both are awake, they surprise the other and present their cakes to each other. However, once they taste the other one's cake, they are disgusted, and switch them. Surprise!
