Uncle Docks is one of Sue Snue's four uncles, and the namesake of her third middle name, appearing in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "Who Are You, Sue Snue?"
He and his brother Bocks share a divided sock-making factory, where Docks' side produces yellow right-footed socks. His method of creation involves the three Bs - Button (pressing such to start the machine), Boredom (or rather, Banality, describing the waiting process), and Bingo (the resulting sock). As he and Docks bicker, Sue manages to combine elements from both sides of the factory, resulting in a wide array of yellow and red socks, much to her uncles' dismay.
Later on in the episode, Docks and Bocks find Sue and apologize for their initial reaction. They report that these new mixed-color socks have been decreed to be the new fashion statement by important, nameless tastemakers. Docks thanks Sue Snue for "just being you."
