Uncle Fez is an uncle of Tutter's, who shows up alongside fellow Tutter relative Yukker for "The Tutter Family Reunion" at The Big Blue House.
His name drawn from his headwear, Uncle Fez also wears an orange vest and has a mustache. He has a guttural voice, as established by his one line: "Hi."
