Annette Bening

You found the lost Super Grover sketch! Any chance that's YouTubeable? β€”Scott (talk) 15:30, September 29, 2009 (UTC)

Ditto to that "Indian You Call" song. I've been searching for that for years! Two classics in the same show. Nutty. -- MuppetDude 15:54, September 29, 2009 (UTC)
I see that both are now on YouTube. (And I deeply apologize for that song request. Yikes.) -- MuppetDude 16:58, September 30, 2009 (UTC)
You're my hero! I think we've accounted for all the known Super Grover segments now. Amazing! β€”Scott (talk) 22:47, September 30, 2009 (UTC)

Nobel Eyelids

Do you have a better screenshot for this? β€”Scott (talk) 13:55, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

Branford Marsalis

Hey, G! Can you take a look at Category talk:Sesame Street Guest Stars? Enrique says you have the episode containing information we need to solve a mystery. β€”Scott (talk) 02:08, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Telly's mom

Hey, babe -- I created a page for Telly's mom -- what a fun thing to find! Do you know who performed her? -- Danny (talk) 18:57, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

It sounds like Kathy Mullen to me, but it could also be Pam Arciero. --MuppetVJ 06:21, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
Oh, well. It's a great character, so funny to have on the wiki. -- Danny (talk) 16:32, 12 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi, G -- I unblocked User:Wikia. That's actually the welcome tool that we started using on Wikia a couple weeks ago. It leaves welcome messages for new users a minute after they post their first edit, thanking them for their contribution and connecting them to an admin. It works really well -- since we started using it a couple weeks ago, overall Wikia has had a 20% increase in registrations, and a 15% increase in edits. Having that welcome posted right away, while the person is still on the site, really helps to get editors to stick around.

So -- every once in a while, a vandal is going to get a welcome message. That's okay -- it probably won't mean much to them, and it's worth it to have the good people welcomed right away. Let me know if there's anything else I can tell you about it... -- Danny (talk) 05:41, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

Oops! I meant to block the vandal, not Wikia. I must've clicked the wrong "contributions" link. --MuppetVJ 06:29, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
Ha, okay. Sorry I went and explained things you already knew. :) -- Danny (talk) 15:40, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

You got yourself busy. Sorry for not coming here lately. I've been busy lately. Have anything you want me to do? Webkinz Mania 23:45, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, you must have some STRONG patience to sit through that many 90's SS episodes! BTW, can you upload the missing images from Episode 3913? - Oscarfan 23:50, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

I posted a question about Stella at Talk: Stella (Sesame Street) and was wondering if you might know the answer. --Minor muppetz 21:42, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

John Lovelady

Hi G -- Michael has a question on Talk:John Lovelady that I think you know the answer to... -- Danny (talk) 01:39, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

hi, in the sidebar there is a new bar for Letters to santa, i was wondering if you knew how to get new ones up there. -- Joe (talk) 17:26, 27 December 2008 (UTC) P.s. This is for a different wiki.

You shocked me today since you did about 5 episode guides. Great job! Keep it up. Happy holidays from Webkinz Mania 20:37, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Hi, G! User:Bruinangel17 has been adding (HD) on a bunch of segments for Season 39 episodes -- Episode 4183 is an example. I think that means that those segments are broadcast in High Def. I don't think we need that on the page, so I'd like to take them out... But I want to check with you first, in case you have an opinion on it. What do you think? -- Danny (talk) 19:27, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Season 39

Hey, would you mind if I did a couple of Season 39 episode guides? - Oscarfan 22:19, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Doctor Monster

At the time of my posting, this video was available, but now it appears that they're having some technical issues (or updating their page), so I have no clue whether or not the video's there now. Is the site working for you now? The video is titled "Doctor Monster". -- MuppetDude 18:27, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

The site's working, but I still can't find the video. I think the link to each video listed should be supplied. --MuppetVJ 20:42, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
Yeesh, that would be too much text for a page. It would take forever for anyone to update the pages they are on if the links were given. Or maybe the links could be on the video list? -- MuppetDude 20:45, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
It wouldn't be too much text. I've seen it done before on this page. Were you not aware of that template? --MuppetVJ 20:49, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
I forgot about that! Yeah, that's a great way to do them, but there are some pages (like the Ernie and Bert Sketches: Apartment page) that have so much information already that they're difficult to edit quickly. -- MuppetDude 20:52, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
In that case, maybe ALL of the post-1990 sketches could get their own page, since they're fewer on each page anyway. --MuppetVJ 21:01, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
If that's the case, keep the pages the way they are, and add the links if you like. I'd be happy to help out (when the site is up over here...). -- MuppetDude 21:26, 19 November 2008 (UTC)

Sesame Season 27 Repeats In Season 29

Hi, I noted that for several episodes of Sesame Street Season 29, it is mentioned that the episodes main stories are repeated from Episodes in Season 27 (and from the characters who appeared and the puppeteers who performed them that would certainly make sense. However it does not identify which episodes from Season 27 each of these comes from. Do you have an info on that? I'm particularly wondering about Episode 3723, and also Episode 3763 (I think the latter is probably 3121 which is currently missing from the Episode list). Thanks Emma 22:40, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Hey, G! Mouth and general health are such that I'm finally tackling epsode 3122. I'm working on the page now, in fact, but several sketch images are redlinked (specifically: computer in/09ut, six snakes, Humphrey and Natasha, Telly and Shaun, Grover and John-John count backwards, W for Wash, Luis and Linda, and the Moo Cow hammer thing). If you get a chance to upload those, I'd appreciate it. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 22:31, 3 November 2008 (UTC)

Done. --MuppetVJ 22:56, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
Yay. After a couple of freezes, done on this end too: Episode 3122. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 23:19, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
Wow. This just brought back a flood of memories. Thanks for putting the guide up, guys! -- MuppetDude 15:33, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

TravisTarlton, block his IP

When you block people on Wikia, does it have the "Autoblock any IP addresses used" option? Might want to use that with this one, he seems persistent. -- Zanimum 14:45, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

Hey, you deleted an article about Death At A Funeral. I can't understand why you deleted this one, but you didn't delete the other films in Frank Oz's career. If you've changed your mind about the article. I can write out a new article. --Muppetstudios 19:39, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

I deleted the article because there was nothing in it at the time. If you can add some text and maybe list some actors who already have their own articles on the Wiki, it can stay up. --MuppetVJ 02:50, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Want Me To Help

Hello. Do you want me to help with Season 24-Season 29 episodes? I can do it late this Friday maybe or this weekend. Webkinz Mania 16:59, 19 October 2008 (UTC)

Duplicate Pictures

Hey Guillermo! I was just wondering for the pictures for My Best Friend and Lambaba, if I could replace them with Kyle's since they are brighter and cleaner unless you think the pictures you have are better. Just wondering since the Elmo's Sing-Along Guessing Game has some duplicate pictures of sketches and songs, but I want to clear them up with you since you took these pictures. Anyway just wondering and just saying hi to you. Keep up the good work. - Rocket Stevo (talk) 00:37, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Episode 3080

I wouldn't say that it didn't show any segments for number 1. It had Harvey Kneeslapper's "Would Ya Like One" which does mention the number 1. Just thought I'd let you know. Jonnytbird4789 18:02, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi! In regards to your changes to Luxo Jr. and Environment Sketches, will you be adding guides soon for Episode 3110 and Episode 3084? I know you know what you're doing, but we do have a standing policy on the wiki that we don't add EKAs for episodes we don't have yet and we should be setting an example for everyone else. β€”Scott (talk) 02:57, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Guides come to those who are patient. The changes I've been making also include new pictures. I find it's easier to kill two birds with one stone and make those changes while I make the guide so I won't have to do them later. --MuppetVJ 03:59, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
That's cool. I just wanna be sure we have it covered in case someone asks why they can't add redlinks for EKAs, too. Thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 16:47, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi! Do you still have this episode? I'd like to add it to Super Grover. β€”Scott (talk) 05:18, 8 October 2008 (UTC)

I just found it. PWMS was still on Noggin when I made that edit to the article, and I was DVRing it frequently for any old/interesting clips. Maybe I'll convert it soon. --MuppetVJ 03:59, 11 October 2008 (UTC)
Great, thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 16:49, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

By the way, I keep meaning to mention how awesome the Season 39 screengrabs are. My HD channels aren't broadcasting them in true HD for some reason, so I'm really glad you're getting them :) But yeah, they look amazing! Are you using HDMI to back them up? β€”Scott (talk) 18:29, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

I can only record in 4:3, but my PBS HD station (KQED) broadcasts in true HD -- at least it did until recently. The last one to air in HD was 4172; all episodes since then have aired in SD format on both the standard and HD KQED channels. 4169, 4173 and 4177 have not aired in my area yet for some reason. Times are hard. --MuppetVJ 03:59, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Clink, Clank

Thanks for the picture of the Clink, Clank promo! -- Ken (talk) 04:24, 29 September 2008 (UTC)

Cold Pizza

Hey man. Do you know anything about Kermit's appearance on Cold Pizza in 2006? β€”Scott (talk) 05:58, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Only that I recorded it. I'll see if I can find it. --MuppetVJ 06:26, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Episode 2367

I posted a question at Talk: Episode 2367. I saw that you added the epsidoe info, so could you check this out? --Minor muppetz 00:45, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Grouch names

Hey, G! When you get a chance, if you could check the alien grouch name in Episode 1364 and weigh in on Othmar the Grouch, it would be appreciated. Thanks! -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:35, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Episode 2679

Hey G Man! Just wondering if you got that DVD from me? And I also noticed that you added the earliest known ep. # on I Wonder 'Bout the World Above Up There. Since I uploaded some of the street scenes on youtube, how's about we make a guide for this episode together? What do you say? Jon Jonnytbird4789 20:55, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

You just helped. Thanks! --MuppetVJ 17:46, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Sesame Street Blocks

Thanks, Guillermo! -- Ken (talk) 04:08, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

Bots and Watchlist

Hey, man. I figured out what happened with the bot the other day. At some point, the default setting must have been changed so that bots aren't hidden from your watchlist. If you check off that option, you won't get the emails anymore. β€”Scott (talk) 23:47, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

I did check the option, but I got another slew of notification emails after your recent cleanup ... --MuppetVJ 01:47, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Okay, I've sent an email out again. I've tested this with my own account and another dummy account I just created and I don't get the emails. Can you send me screenshots of your preferences so I can troubleshoot this with tech? Thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 01:57, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Ad changes

Hey G -- I'm glad you like the idea about turning off the ads. When you get a chance, please feel free to post on the Central forum page. There's some internal concern about whether turning off ads for logged-in users is the right thing to do. It would be great to have your opinion on that page. -- Danny (talk) 05:32, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

lots to say

Hey, man. Thanks for archiving my talk page. I'd been meaning to get around to that! β€”Scott (talk) 05:38, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

You are doing a great job with those episodes! WOW! Keep it up! Webkinz Mania 10:01, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

No kidding! It's amazing how hard you work on these. By the way, I've finished adding photos for Episode 2228, and all I need are two more. If you have the time, I'd appreciate it if you could add those two. Thanks, and keep up the good work!
And if you're getting tired of creating them, then by all means take a rest! You earned it. -- MuppetDude 17:03, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
MuppetDude is right, you should take a break and I don't like seasons 24 and under. I feel funny about that. Webkinz Mania 17:07, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. I'm just trying to free up HD space. The pre-Elmo's World episodes are always the most fun to edit.
Also, there are other ways you guys can help. Here's a folder with some episodes I've already begun guiding (all that's left is the street scenes). Be sure to read the "read first" files. --MuppetVJ 17:22, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
I love how you guys upload the Elmo's World episodes! I wondering what ew episodes they will do this season? Webkinz Mania 17:24, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the files! I'll try and help as soon as possible. I tried completing a couple today, so I think I've got the hang of it. On the plus side, the shows with EW have considerably less segments than previous shows, so it should take a shorter time (hopefully!)
I've added the segments to many of the shows already, so it shouldn't be that difficult for me. -- MuppetDude 18:09, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Given the choices from, what do you recommend for screengrabs? I know that .avi files won't work. -- MuppetDude 18:18, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
I'm doing Episode 3954! Webkinz Mania 18:20, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
In most cases, MOV files will work for screengrabs. --MuppetVJ 18:57, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Oh nice! It took me a while to realize these are videos I'm watching. I wanted to thank you Guillermo for having a way to watch some of the SS episodes. And yeah, you totally rock at composing the Sesame Street episodes. --Rocket Stevo 00:14, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Are there an others online than the site you showed us? Webkinz Mania 10:55, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
I think it would be a good idea to list what episodes each of us could do here (or plan to do), in case two people end up doing the same guide. With that, I'm preparing to do Episode 3792. -- MuppetDude 14:26, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Let's put the talk somewhere else like Sesame Street Episode Guide. Webkinz Mania 18:07, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
MuppetVJ, other than the site you showed all off us, do you have any more sites for ss episodes so we can get closer to our 500th episode. If being rude, sorry. Webkinz Mania 19:39, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
I just added five more to the folder today. If you and Tony feel like guiding them, go ahead. --MuppetVJ 02:22, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
You rock, MuppetVJ. Webkinz Mania 11:01, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
I'm doing Episode 3893 but can User:MuppetDude do the info for the scenes because over the last couple of episodes, he was redoing it so I think he should do the episode info he likes! Webkinz Mania 20:25, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
Sorry for not working with those episodes lately. Lots of things were going on in Webkinz Wikia, Chowder Wikia, and Webkinz Insider. I will do Episode 3889 on July 20 (my birthday) maybe. If you like, you can do Episode 3893 and Episode 3894. I do not mind. Webkinz Mania 16:06, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
One more thing, what is going to happen to Episode 3943. Is it going to stay like that or is it going to have the guide? When are they adding new episodes? Sorry if being rude. Webkinz Mania 16:07, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
I can help you with Season 25-Season 29 episodes if you like. Where are the links? One more thing: What happened to the link you gave us. Are there going to be more episodes. Sorry if being rude. Webkinz Mania 18:53, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

Delete request

I uploaded the picture twice, the first time with the wrong episode number. You and Ken get cookies. Thanks, G! -- Mark (talk) 04:48, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

Episode 3135

Hey, Guillermo! When you get a chance, can you check your copy of that episode, to see whether the Indy take-off is played by Jeff Goldblum? It's hard to tell from the screengrab. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 18:13, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

It's not ... but Goldblum did appear in an episode where he played Bob's brother, Minneapolis, an archaeologist on the hunt for the Golden Cabbage of Snuffertiti. --MuppetVJ 19:18, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it was that same season and assumed it was probably him. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 19:59, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

The Dead Hensons

Hi, Guillermo! Did you go see The Dead Hensons Saturday night? If you did, how was it? -- Ken (talk) 04:22, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Episode 2620

I just made an episode guide for Episode 2620. I just uploaded the street scenes and I was planing on putting the segments up later. But the thing is my thing looks all screwy for some reason. So if you could take a look at it and see what the problem is, that'll be great. And I may not find some segments that's on wiki for this episode. But I can just copy and paste the segments that I know are on wiki. I'm sure you probably know what I'm getting through here. User:Jonnytbird4789Jonnytbird4789 13:49, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

The reason it looked screwy is because you put a space inbetween | and - (| -), when there should be none (|-). Otherwise, I think you've got the hang of it. --MuppetVJ 14:43, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Pbs Kids Srout

I have the sprout on demand with Sesame Street on it. I may upload it soon, plus I have dvds of other seasons (35-36). Webkinz Mania 20:20, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

Episode 2621

As soon as I send you a copy of the DVD we discussed (it should go in the mail sometime next week), could you put up an episode guide for #2621? (I'm glad Jonny helped me find the right number for that one!) -- Ingeborg 19:12, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

I wouldn't recommend requesting episode guides you want uploaded. It's just like asking him what you want uploaded on Youtube. -- MuppetDude 19:53, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

Can I upload pictures from Sesame Street? I cropped out the #18 Rubber Stamp segment from a youtube video. It will go well for the letter page. Answer this soon as well as the season 33 uploads too. Webkinz Mania 17:15, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

If you think the Wiki needs it, then go ahead and upload it. And I don't have any Season 33 episodes. --MuppetVJ 21:22, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! It's like Webkinz Wikia... problem is I don't have season 33 either. Hilleyb may because he was the one who uploaded them. Webkinz Mania 23:40, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
I uploaded some images from Episode 3897 but I don't know what order they go in because this was the half hour episode. I know some info that Elmo's World: Flowers is second to last in the episode but don't know what else! I saw this episode about a year ago on demand that is also a half hour. That is no help but it showed the Don't Waste Water, Elmo's World: Flowers etc. So I'm mixed up again! Webkinz Mania 01:07, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Chris Reeve

I love the picture of Ernie and Reeve with the S in the middle. Man, that's Super! β€”Scott (talk) 14:31, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, though I figured you would have been the first to post such a picture ... --MuppetVJ 16:30, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
I must be losing my touch! I just started recording the Sprout broadcasts again recently. I'm just dieing to catch the episode where Reeve appears with Big Bird. I wish they'd air them in some kind of order. β€”Scott (talk) 03:40, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Marshal Grover

Hi G. Why'd you revert the picture of Marshal Grover? The new version is cleaner, doesn't have any logos and includes the fence which is the topic of the sketch. β€”Scott (talk) 03:34, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

I don't like squinting to see small pictures. --MuppetVJ 03:55, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
Long ago, Danny decided 300px is the default and preferred size of images on the Wiki. Should we discuss it on Special:Community if this is becoming an issue? -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:24, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
It doesn't seem like an issue to me. I've uploaded thousands of images over 300px and no one's complained. I think file size might make more of a difference. --MuppetVJ 04:29, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
I think it's an issue if it turns into actively reverting clearer images for size reasons. So either it requires a general discussion, or just you and Scott and whoever communicating in advance in cases like this, prior to changing. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:33, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Letter and Number Segments

Wow! The pages you created about the Letter and Number Segments are amazing. That's going to be super helpful. Really cool! -- Danny (talk) 05:03, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

By the way, does the order that the sketches are listed in matter? I put in some "Letter Commercials" and "Henson Claymations" at the bottom, and you later added them to the top of the list (well, top as in below sketches that already have pages). The sections don't seem to be in any particular order. --Minor muppetz 01:04, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Episode 0162

Hi again. I noticed that you started the entry on Episode 0162, and I was wondering if you could possibly post "There Once Was a Hand" (Clark Gesner narrates the story of an unhappy hand that wishes he could make a noise) on YouTube or send me a link so I could download the entire show. Do you know anything about that segment and its spin-offs? Thanks very much. Peace. β€”MuzikJunky 20:00, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Episode 3009

Hey man! Sorry we missed out on dinner the other night. Things are CRAZY here. Anyway, do you have Episode 3009? Someone just posted a description on the forum that's flagging some question marks for me. This would be an interesting episode to feature on the wiki if we had some reliable sources. β€”Scott (talk) 22:47, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Episode 3664

Great page, G! However, can you double check the audio of the password, or upload a file of it? I haven't seen the episode, but reading the summary, I think it's just possible the word is actually "Pocomoco." It was the trigger word of a famous Abbott and Costello sketch, where the mere mention of it caused a character to loudly shout it and go berserk. It sounds like it might conceivably be a reference. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 23:38, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

The closed captioning says either "Poconoko" or "Poko-noko." --MuppetVJ 03:29, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, but what does it actually sound like? As we've discussed before, closed captioning is hardly reliable. It might be what they said, but without personal access to the episode, I have no way of judging. I'd prefer either to know what it sounded like to you upon close listening, or have a sound file for comparison. Since they say it several times, it shouldn't be hard to check, when you get the chance. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 03:57, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
Ah, I remember it well: it's pronounced "POH-koh-NO-koh". -- MuppetDude 15:48, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Monaco skin

Hi, G! I saw that you changed the colors of the Monaco skin... Do you want to talk about it on Special:Community? I'd like to know what you think of the new skin. -- Danny (talk) 22:20, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi G -- I don't know if you noticed... User:Seekit83 posted on Brian's talk page, looking for trades. -- Danny (talk) 21:08, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Wikia stuff

Hey man. We're going to be testing some things related to the skin, so don't worry if things look different. β€”Scott (talk) 23:23, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Also, I don't know if you noticed, but they got Special:MultipleUpload working again. Just thought I'd let you know. β€”Scott (talk) 15:51, 14 February 2008 (EST)
You can upload 10 pics at a time, sure, but I tried changing .jpeg to .jpg and it still doesn't work. Right now that only works if you upload single images. --MuppetVJ 22:11, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

Bugs Bunny

Heya. You added a picture of a book to Bugs Bunny, but there's no frame of reference to it in the article. β€”Scott (talk) 15:55, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

The name of the image shows that it's from Episode 3165.--MuppetVJ 16:04, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Oh right, of course! Can you add that to the article? Not everyone knows to look at the name of the file of the jpg. β€”Scott (talk) 16:06, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Sesame Street Episode 2558

Hi. I noticed that you originated the above article. Would you have any information about the music used in β€œRorschach Ink-Blob Association” or would you know of a video of it posted somewhere? I’ve been wanting to hear this again for many, many years. Thanks very much. Peace. β€”MuzikJunky 00:28, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

I also noticed something on this page. Ernie's "Banana in the ear" sketch is listed as being in this episode, and both parts are included, but it seems like they are shown back-to-back. Was this a mistake on your part, or is that how it's shown on Noggin (possible with a commercial breka shown between and with whatever sketches shown between them being cut)? It would be weird for a two-part sketch to be shown back-to-back with no sketches shown between them. --Minor muppetz 00:39, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
1) I don't know who did the music in that segment, but I can hook you up with a copy if you email me through the Wiki or through YouTube.
2) I guided the episode as it was shown on Noggin. Halfway through each Unpaved episode there was a Noggin commercial break to flesh it out, and it occurs after the first part in this case. --MuppetVJ 01:16, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Just post the segment on YouTube, if you please, if it’s not too much trouble. If it is, what is your moniker there so I can send you a message? Peace. β€”MuzikJunky 01:29, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
It's sawing14s. However, due to current technical difficulties, it is undetermined when I'll be uploading more ... (PS. Ask ISNorden - she also has the clip you're looking for.) --MuppetVJ 06:57, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, bruh! I subscribed to you months ago, anyway! Peace. β€”MuzikJunky 07:23, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Sesame Street Old School DVD

Hello there Scott. It's me Kyle. I got to thinking on those DVD covers and all. What about a picture of inside the set? Just wanted your opinon on this before i did anything being your one of the top dogs around here. -- Kyle (talk) 10:50, 06 Febuary 2008 (UTC)

Number one, I'm not Scott. Number two, I think images of the front covers are enough. --MuppetVJ 16:53, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
I went back to re-edit what i said but you had already posted and it didn't save it. So after i had posted it i saw i had made a big mastake. So sorry didn't mean to. Thanks for your opinon MJV. -- Kyle (talk) 10:57, 06 Febuary 2008 (UTC)

blocked user

Hi G. I blocked Senhorbutters because he's been blocked on 3 accounts previously and keeps coming back. We need to keep him blocked until he communicates with us and understands why he's being blocked. β€”Scott (talk) 17:01, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Once a vandal, always a vandal? Is that what you're saying? --MuppetVJ 17:16, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
If someone vandalizes the wiki, we block them because they're not welcome here. If they want to argue that, they're welcome to do so on their talk page. But sneakily coming back under a sock puppet isn't the best way to invoke our faith in their intentions. β€”Scott (talk) 18:26, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Hey, Guillermo! I haven't talked to you in a while. I noticed you've been adding a ton of Sesame Street stuff lately! Thanks for all of your hard work! -- Ken (talk) 02:59, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Big Bird Cake

Hey dude. Can you check out Talk:Big Bird's Birthday or Let Me Eat Cake? Thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 22:16, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

Episode 3480

I love that you captured Big Bird in mid-air. That's awesome :Β·) β€”Scott (talk) 03:31, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Sorry about that

I know. I didn't mean to. I was just trying to put a version of the song in its correct place chronologically and somehow that whole table issue ended up happening. I tried to fix it, but I wasn't able to. I'm glad you did. --Garrettk41 12:12, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

No problem. Also, please remember to reply to topics on the page they're posted on (not directly to the poster), and end your talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). --MuppetVJ 22:34, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

Season 38

Hey, nice job! I miss those episodes already. I recorded them first run, but my DVR has been inaccessible for weeks. I hope the Tina Fey episode makes it to DVD. That's one of our favorites. Anyway, I'm glad we have a complete guide now. β€”Scott (talk) 21:28, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

CBS pitch

Hi, G! What's your source for changing Kermit's quote at the end of the CBS pitch? β€”Scott (talk) 19:42, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

I saw the unedited pitch back in June as part of the Muppets, Music & Magic event at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. That's also where I met Dave and Gonzo. --MuppetVJ 19:51, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
Sweet. You've seen it more recently than me, so I must have remembered it wrong. Thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 19:59, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

Hey, G.! What's your source for saying Bud Luckey did the rattlesnake segments? Every interview and bio I've found only mentions the counting segments, and the style doesn't match the other segments either. The only sites that mention it are either Wikipedia or its mirrors. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:27, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Have you seen the 1982 Prescott Wright documentary, The Animators? There's a segment focusing on "The Luckey-Zamora Moving Picture Company," where Luckey was working with Rudy Zamora at the time. In addition to a few of the commercials they did, two of the "Rattlesnake" segments, including the one seen in 796 (with the sneezing rabbit), are shown. The documentary also has segments featuring Jeff Hale, Sally Cruikshank and John Korty, all of whom used to work in the SF Bay Area (my neck of the woods). It's awesome. --MuppetVJ 04:53, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
In that case, it seems like that needs some clarification, that these were done with Zamora (which explains the different look and sound) and not written/directed solo (of which Luckey has long stated he only did 14 counting shorts). I'll make the appropriate additions as I see it. Is the documentary also the source for the Q for Quarter identification? -- Andrew Leal (talk) 04:57, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
No, but I recognize the cartoony design. I'm thinking it was made at Imagination Ink, along with the rest of those "consonant sound" segments. --MuppetVJ 05:57, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, I wonder about that one, again only because many sources (including this one, the Incredibles DVD, and a full publicity bio which I can't access anymore sadly) specify 14 counting films, and nothing else, as far as solo work. So I admit, I'm skeptical on that one, and while in general your skills at identifying animators are superlative, I'd like to take that one out if that's the only basis. Thanks for clarifying the Luckey-Zamora connection, though. The Animators doesn't seem to be in circulation, but I'll ask around. By the way, I've been meaning to ask this for ages. Danny and I found scripts files at the CTW archives covering a series of Roadrunner segments (at least a couple of which were narrated, in voice-over, by Bugs Bunny). The segments basically reused footage from the Warner cartoons to illustrate concepts like "Near and Far" and so on. I know later Jones produced some segments for The Electric Company, and the scripts are incredibly detailed so *probably* they aired, but I can't find any info on that. Come across anything like that in your trades? -- Andrew Leal (talk) 06:18, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Episode 3525

Wow. I'd happened to catch this episode by accident not long after it aired, but never taped it. Excellent work, detailing Lamb Chop's visit on the street (and offering an array of better pictures which can be used on Shari Lewis). This is wonderful. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 07:55, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

Welcome msg

Hey G: I just noticed that the welcome message you left for Richard Termine added your signature in the middle, where you meant to say ~~~~. I'm not sure which template you're using for your welcome message, but you should add a "nowiki" tag around the four tildes. Check out this message in the edit screen to see what I mean. Just a heads-up. -- Danny (talk) 18:44, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Oops! Sometimes I overlook those things.--MuppetVJ 18:49, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Welcome :D

Thanks for the welcome, I was trying to upload my Avatar, but failed, pic was too big..ahh can you tell me how to make those avatar script and those Special:GiveGift and Special:AddRelationship to your wiki, since this is the first time I saw the widgets work on a monobook skin..weird ..--Cometstyles 19:25, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Sorry i used the Post new comment feature.. Cometstyles 19:31, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Records and stuff

Hi, Guillermo! I love your avatar! What sketch is it from?

Also, as far as records, I'm not set up for that. I'm strictly old school. I play them, and then I put them away. However, User:Enelar, one of our newest members, is starting a project to obtain and preserve every Sesame album she can find. You may want to talk to her. -- Ken (talk) 15:09, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Listen my brother in test pilot

Why is Listen My Brother's performance in the test pilot (Old School 2) not worth mentioning in the article? Currently, their actual show appearance is the only one that appears (Old School 1) in the article. -- Zanimum 14:54, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi G... I deleted World of Pupptery because we don't usually keep misspellings as redirects, plus it's not redirecting to the correct article. Do you think a lot of people will misspell "puppetry" that way? β€”Scott (talk) 16:08, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

I moved it to "World of Puppetry" before you deleted it. --MuppetVJ 16:20, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, I'm in favor of keeping that one. Is it okay if I delete the misspelling? β€”Scott (talk) 17:28, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
If you did that, wouldn't you be deleting all edits associated with it, including moves? --MuppetVJ 17:35, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
That's what's cool about the move feature. When an article is moved to a new name, the history moves with it. Check it out. β€”Scott (talk) 18:11, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Another note -- As G said, I think creating redirects to help with searches is great. But the search is case-sensitive, so the redirect should be "World of puppetry", not "World of Puppetry". I think when people type in a search box, they would type <world of puppetry>. That search wouldn't bring up the "World of Puppetry" redirect, because of the second capital letter. Weirdly enough, that search would bring up a "World Of Puppetry" redirect -- it interprets small letters as either all-caps or all small, but not a mix.
The "W o P" redirect would only come up if someone typed <World of Puppetry> in the search box, which I don't think is common.
So that's just for future reference -- when we create redirects for searches, they should be either all-caps or all small. "Muppet musicians of bremen", "Tale of the bunny picnic", etc. -- Danny (talk) 18:19, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Right. But again, I'm talking about World of Pupptery not World of Puppetry. β€”Scott (talk) 18:40, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

Playhouse Video

Hi, Guillermo! Thanks for all the pictures you added to the Playhouse Videos today!

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting to tell you that I love your avatar! What sketch is it from? -- Ken (talk) 06:46, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

Boober on South Park?

Hey, man. According to the WP page for last week's SP episode, a Boober caricature made an appearance. I sometimes catch the show after The Colbert Report and tried freeze-framing this one to see if any Muppet cameos popped up. Just thought I'd give you the head's up, although the WP page could be wrong. β€”Scott (talk) 23:10, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Oh, and apparently Tutter, too. β€”Scott (talk) 23:12, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
I found the episode on and verified the Boober appearance. I took a screenshot, but I'm not going to bother to upload it. Also, I think whoever added Tutter to the WP page may have confused him for Remy from Ratatouille. β€”Scott (talk) 23:35, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
I didn't see him. At which point on the clock is he visible? --MuppetVJ 02:30, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
You can see him at the 11:45 mark on this file. There's also a screenshot at this site. β€”Scott (talk) 03:10, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
OK, yes, I saw it just now. I actually used to contribute to the SP Scriptorium back in the day. --MuppetVJ 03:35, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
I've never been much of a SP watcher, but it's been pretty brilliant this season. β€”Scott (talk) 04:20, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
At the bottom of the site with the screenshots, he mentions the characters listed on the Wikipedia page that he couldn't find, including Kermit the Frog. If someone's getting screenshots, maybe we can find him too?β€” Joe (talk) 13:48, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

sesame street kid

Hey, I was wondering if you found another picture from that 'Love' short. I aslo was on with Billy Joel, Denzel, and a 'pat your head, rub your tummy' with Telly and Bob. There are a bunch of others, but I can't really remember. Please let me know if you find anything. Thank you very, very much. Grovergirl13 10:34, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi! Did you happen to record Elmo's promotion for Panwapa Island? I've been playing with and I can't wait to look at it with my daughter. If you could YouTube The View, I'd greatly appreciate it as I'd love to hear how they promoted it. Thanks! β€”Scott (talk) 18:50, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I did. This is the second TV appearance this year I've recorded unexpectedly. Normally I avoid The View, but Tracy Morgan was on today, so ... --MuppetVJ 19:29, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
Awesome! Thank Frog for unexpected treasures :) β€”Scott (talk) 19:36, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Global Grover

Hey G, when you get a chance, can you check episodes 4036, 4053, 4054, 4055 and 4056 for Global Grover segments? Those are the only ones I don't have, and I know there's one for Russia in there somewhere. If you don't have those, my apologies... I figure you've got everything Tongue.gif β€”Scott (talk) 04:40, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

I don't have those, but MuppetDude probably does. To be honest, most of Season 34 sucked (except for 4033), compared to subsequent seasons. --MuppetVJ 20:11, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
Aw, dang. Well thanks anyway for the lead! I can't agree though, I liked a lot of the street plots in Season 34. Super Grover's new cape was pretty swell, and you can't beat Cookie Monster getting the cookie flu :) β€”Scott (talk) 20:18, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

youtube links

Hey dude, I just wanted you to know that I took the youtube links out of Ernie and Bert Sketches: Apartment. Most of em were dead, but I know you added some too. If you want to add the videos you host and monitor them, that's how I've been doing it with my account. But there are too many accounts like jonnytbird and his other user names that keep getting banned to keep track of. I just wanted to let you know that's what I did there :) β€”Scott (talk) 01:45, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
