Hey Scott -- I keep having my edits show up in the wrong order in recent changes, (ie I'll make a real edit, followed by a minor edit, but they appear in opposite order). That's quirky but not exactly a problem. However I most recently edited The Muppets Take Manhattan storybook, and then moved it to The Muppets Take Manhattan (book). These two things appear in reverse order in "Recent Changes", and the original page is still there with my changes (and with a history saying only that it was moved), while the new title has the edited page with its full history, except saying that I made an extra edit to change nothing after the move. I assume this is some result of having the edit get logged after the move even though it happened before, but it's downright odd. It's obviously somewhat fixable, but it's weirding me out. Is this just some odd interaction of my web connection and the wiki servers? Is anybody else having this "quirk" happen? -- Wendy (talk) 18:28, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Once again for the Photoshopping thing. Should be in the recent history. :) George B. (talk) 20:44, 11 March 2007 (UTC)

Argh. That's something that's happened before, and it's gotten fixed. I forget if we had to specifically ask for it to get fixed, or if it just fixed itself. -- Danny (talk) 19:37, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, I recall this having happened before, too. I'll take a look into it. If it continues, I'll send a message along to the mailing list and watch the Marvel Database guy squirm at my "spam." —Scott (talk) 20:53, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

The Muppet Show Fan Club

Oh, will you look at that. That's a thing of beauty. -- Danny (talk) 18:02, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Yay! Too bad I joined late and didn't get the first newsletter! I've still got everything else, though. -- Ken (talk) 03:16, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Sorry.

I'm trying to make a layout for my user page, and I really like Brad's layout. If it's not polite to copy somebody else's page and fill it in with your own info, is there a sample or something somewhere that I can use so I can see how it fits together? Typing all that computer stuff is kind of confusing to me. Thanks. -- Ken (talk) 06:44, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

That was my bad. I'd noticed that you copied the code, but forgot to replace your own name and username. It just looked funny with Brad's name on your userpage. I should have realized you weren't done, but all I did was replace Brad's name with yours. —Scott (talk) 15:39, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
Well, I think you did one revert, and then Guillermo did one, and then when I checked my history, I realized that it must have looked like somebody was messing with stuff. So I copied the above message to you and him, and he answered and told me how to copy stuff, so I was able to create a nice new user page. Yay! -- Ken (talk) 03:16, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm glad you figured it out! Stepping on one's toes when editing is one of the unfortunate mishaps onthe wiki. —Scott (talk) 03:19, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Supamans

Yay, I love the Batman and Superman picture! I didn't know that was printed in comics. That's fantastic. Did you actually take that from a comic, or did you take the red version and un-redify it? -- Danny (talk) 23:19, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, I just un-redified the one from the Archives. The notes on the page indicate which titles it appeared in and what month. I'm sure if I did some digging, I could find the actual issues. Sweet, sweet stuff. —Scott (talk) 23:49, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Linda

Hey, I finally got around to giving Linda Bove some love (Bob McGrath and Loretta Long are next on my list, but they both had the Workshop bios as starting points). Mind if I take off the headshot? It's nice, but awkwardly sized on the page, and if we want a more recent image (no idea what year that's from anyway), I found a pic from her 2005 performance in Open Window. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 23:14, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh sweet, Linda Bove love! I updated the headshot, so it looks a lot better now. Plus, it's cool having that film screenshot, but it's a really bad picture of her. You are totally awesome. —Scott (talk) 23:48, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
Cool, that works for me! Yeah, the Fonzie picture is better, but it's only a sideview. And yeah, I'm enjoying slowly building up the Sesame cast pages. -- Andrew Leal (talk) 00:00, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned Images

Is it okay to make Orphaned Images into a page rather than a category? I'm going to make a list on Attention that's like the one on Active talk pages, and the Orphaned images page will show up on that list if it's an article page. -- Danny (talk) 00:10, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh yeah, definitely. It hasn't been working out for me as a category anyway, and I think a page, a la the Image Chamber, makes more sense. —Scott (talk) 23:00, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Active Talk category

Hey babe: I made the image on Active Talk Pages in line with the text, and you moved it back up to above the text. Is there a reason why that needs to be above? -- Danny (talk) 21:14, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Oh, I thought Splarka did that, Sorry. It doesn't matter to me, I was just moving it back to where we'd had it for months. —Scott (talk) 21:20, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Oh, okay. Cool. -- Danny (talk) 21:23, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Carmen Miranda

Also: the Carmen Miranda page is so cute now! Is that Slimey as CM, or another worm? -- Danny (talk) 16:48, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, isn't that wild? Just a couple months ago, Andrew and I were wondering of there were any references, and there they are. That's a pink worm dressed up for Wormy Gras. I still have to watch the whole episode, she might have a name. —Scott (talk) 16:58, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
Wormy Gras! That's adorable. -- Danny (talk) 21:14, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

The Natural History Project

Hey, babe -- You added the images to The Natural History Project... Can you check out the discussion on the talk page? I think you probably have the answers. Do you have those William Stout trading cards? -- Danny (talk) 16:24, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Okay, I added the reference and some captions for the pictures. There's really not much to say about the collector's cards, I've extracted all the relevant information. The rest of the set features artwork from other projects. —Scott (talk) 16:58, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

More Photoshopping

Once again, I have Sesame Street Magazine images in need of library sticker removal via Photoshop. Four this time --- they should all be in the recent history. Thanks in advance! George B. (talk) 04:21, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Okay, should be all set. —Scott (talk) 06:30, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Hey Scott; Nice cleanup on Bert! can you remove the digital date stamp on an image like this?? It's beyond my abilities.. or possibly beyond the Gimp. At anyrate I've never seen the dustjacket for this book before and it's such a generally high quality scan I'd like to add it if possible; if you can remove them there's also a picture of the back on ebay. -- Wendy (talk) 19:58, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Hey, I beat you to it :) I'll see what I can do with the back. —Scott (talk) 20:17, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Okay, how's this? —Scott (talk) 20:49, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
Gorgeous, and many thanks. Is it wrong that I want to buy a second copy just for the dustjacket? -- Wendy (talk) 01:52, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
Nah, I don't think so. I bought a second copy of The Works just so I could pull the binder apart and properly scan the pictures :) —Scott (talk) 15:01, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
Hey, you even restored the Mysterious Theater title card I submitted here, removing the video artifacts and blips! Thanks again, Scott! --Wile e2005 22:35, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
I see you even went ahead and added them to the Sesame Street Magazine page, thanks! George B. (talk) 05:10, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
