Valerio Ruggeri (1934-2015) was an Italian voice actor who was heard as Waldorf in various Muppet projects between 2005 and 2014.

Ruggeri acted on stage in Shakespeare and appeared in small but credited roles in the films The Leopard (with Burt Lancaster), A Quiet Day in the Country (with Vanessa Redgrave), and Dirty Weekend (with Oliver Reed). As a voice actor, one of his earliest assignments was dubbing Richard Bull on Little House on the Prairie. Later he was usually heard as elderly types including MacIntyre Dixon in Popeye, Seymore Cassel in Track 29, and Patrick Cranshaw in My Boss's Daughter. He was heard in both Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (dubbing Werner Heyking as Mr. Jopeck) and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (in the larger role of David Kelly's Grandpa Joe).

Cartoon roles include Rabbit in the Winnie the Pooh franchise, Officer Dibble on Top Cat, Herbert on Family Guy, and Elder Gutknecht in The Corpse Bride.
