[[Cookie Monster]] is expecting a delivery of cookies from the grocery store. However, instead he gets vegetables. He does not know what they are supposed to be used for at first; he uses them as tops, telephones, etc. [[Ernie]] and [[Bert]] then come over, claiming that they accidentally got a delivery of cookies. Together, the three make vegetable soup, which Cookie Monster immediately eats!
