Cookie Monster is expecting a delivery of cookies from the grocery store. However, instead he gets vegetables. He does not know what they are supposed to be used for at first; he uses them as tops, telephones, etc. Ernie and Bert then come over, claiming that they accidentally got a delivery of cookies. Together, the three make vegetable soup, which Cookie Monster immediately eats!
