Victor Garber (b. 1949) is a stage and screen actor known for his roles in Godspell, Alias, Titanic, and the 1999 telefilm Annie.
Garber portrayed Charles, a man bothered by Barkley, in Episode 3130 of Sesame Street in 1993.
