Victoria Willing (b. 1959) is a British actress, playwright, and puppeteer who has performed on several Muppet and Henson productions, most notably as Puppyduck on Mopatop's Shop.
Other non-Henson puppeteering credits include the TV series Bunnytown, Wizadora, and Ozmo. One of her regular television roles was providing the voice of the Maid on the British animated series Little Princess.
Her parents were artists Victor Willing and Paula Rego. Her brother is director Nick Willing, who directed Alice in Wonderland on which Victoria was a puppeteer.
