Vinny Linguine is Rizzo's older brother who debuted in the Muppet Babies episode "My Brother Vinny".

Vinny is a superstar singer, who makes Rizzo feel like he isn't as cool as him. Vinny eventually teaches Rizzo that everyone is cool in their own way.
